FLOW: We will gather in the courtyard for light refreshments and time together. There will be a reading or thought shared with the group. We will spend time in the gardens in silence. Time for walking, cutting a bouquet, journaling, and contemplation. We will end our time back in the circle sharing one word from the time and leaving with another reading.
